Rename [combinatorial-games] to [combinatorial-game-theory]

Done. Unclear to me whether it makes sense to have this tagged separately from other forms of game theory, but this can be done either way.

Rename [priority] to [mtg-priority] and [stack] to [mtg-stack]

This is done. I have renamed priority to mtg-priority and stack to mtg-stack. In addition, following this pattern, I have renamed bestow to mtg-bestow and heroic to mtg-heroic.
